About Julian Walter
Julian Walter is a French-American photographer from San Francisco currently based in New York City.ย Walter uses photography as a means of global exploration and a catalyst for human connection; he travels the world drawing inspiration from remote locations, spectacular landscapes and the people who live there.
Walterโs work has been featured in National Geographic Traveller, Conde Nast Traveler, as well as several in-flight magazines.ย He has also collaborated with numerous brands, including Volkswagen, AT&T, Hublot, and Rockport Shoes.ย An avid surfer, Walter studied aerospace engineering in college and loves to find ways of combining those interests with his photographic practice.
